Love this car

I have had this car for a month…it is a total pleasure to drive. Every feature is well engineered for a wonderful driving experience. I do love it but has one problem…when the radio isn’t cranked up, there is “wind noise” around the passenger side mirror. I have not taken it to service department yet so maybe can be fixed.

My 2023 gv70 was much more enjoyable to drive due to the transmission shifting sequence, also the low trade in value is concerning.

Love my GV70

A great vehicle. The nicest car I've ever owned. The ride is perfect. I get compliments on the color combo of white with brown interior all the time. I went from a Santa Fe to the GV70. The only thing I miss was the great storage features of the Santa Fe. I plan on keeping my Genesis for a long time.

Car is great, this is my third Genesis. Service remains unknown!

Dealer#1 service was very good. Dealer #2 service left much to be desired. Have yet to use service from dealer#3. If it becomes unsatisfactory will no longer purchase the Genesis brand. Lots of other options. Take good care of your customers!

Surprised by the ride

Pretty nice car

This is a pretty nice car overall. There are a couple of features which disappointed me. The main one is the method of changing user profiles. When I purchased it, I thought the fingerprint feature would change the user profile to the one linked to the fingerprint. This is not so. You have to go through several steps to change the profile, making it almost not worth it. There are so many options available that it takes a long time to get it set up the way you want it. Thank goodness there are youtube videos showing how to do things, because it is way too many to remember, and they are not always intuitive. I've had the car for 5 months and I'm still trying to figure some things out. I'm also disappointed that the massaging seat is only for the driver. I would use it more for the front passenger. Also, I know it is mandated by law, but the idle stop-start function is really annoying. I don't know anyone who likes and uses it. It would be good if there was a way to permanently disable it. I also wish the automatic opening tailgate opened a little faster, maybe after 2 or 3 beeps, rather than 5.
