Need For More Service Centers

While I love my new Genesis GV 80 coupe, I am very dismayed that finding Genesis dealerships and service centers is so difficult. I bought my vehicle at the Palm Springs California dealership because I live here part-time I wish to ship my car back to Southwest Virginia, but I found out that there are no dealerships the closest one being in Winston-Salem North Carolina, which is more than two hours away from me. It’s my fault for not checking this before my purchase. If I had known this, I would’ve not purchased a Genesis and I would’ve purchased a Mercedes SUV instead. It’s very disheartening, knowing that a big selling point for me was the concierge service which I will no longer be able to take advantage of once I ship my vehicle to Virginia. When servicing my vehicle, I will have to take an entire day to drive to Winston-Salem and if they have to keep my vehicle for a full day or longer than a day, it’s going to be a major headache for me.

not multi driver friendly!

The car is very nice for ONE driver….. if you have a second the features are a problem. The car has a problem recognizing others and the primary driver features change.

I love my gv80 coupe

When I tell you that it’s the best when it comes down to all the way around family car a girls night car to shop or whatever it’s the best and she drives herself to an update so if you wanna switch the car, the color inside your car, you can to any color you want to it’s just overall the best I love my coupe . I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Black Edition

I have had my car for about 2 months. I am enjoying my car and features. There are a few features I do wish were improved; the passenger seat needs massaging seats, bettert gas efficiency, and the wireless charger not overheating. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Driver settings never stay the same

I’ve owned a Genesis G80 and overall it’s a nice car, but there are a couple of frustrating issues that really stand out in daily use. The biggest problem is the seat memory and driver positioning system. No matter how many times the settings are saved, the seat and driving position never seem to stay consistent between different users. It becomes annoying constantly readjusting everything just to get comfortable again. The climate control system is also disappointing. The automatic climate settings always seem off, and the cabin temperature never feels quite right. A lot of the time it feels like the air conditioning is running when the system should clearly be putting out heat. Instead of maintaining a comfortable temperature, it constantly needs manual adjustment. The car drives well and has a luxury feel, but these comfort and convenience issues take away from the ownership experience more than they should in a vehicle at this price point.

Quality through-out

The overall quality of GV80 is outstanding. From its quiet smooth ride, to its interior amenities, this car has it all. We love to power of the turbocharger and the overall handling on the highway. I would recommend this car to anyone who wants and upgrade.

I love my car every day

Ever day I walk out to the garage and see my GV80 Coupe, I get that feeling that I love this car. Does not matter if I am getting into it to leave or just walking past, I love this car. The infotainment is easy to understand, the quality of the interior is amazing and the drive is sheer perfection. I have owned many high-end German cars but this one I love more.
