The vehicle is quite fabulous, my only concern is, I did the saved places cannot be alphabetized for ease of access afterwards, and the Maps for not updated the dealership, and we have to go back separately to do that
All the other issues related to pour dealer service we keep calling, and nobody answers back with you keep leaving messages, and this is most frustrating
Also, when we try to get an appointment for the valet service, that was very difficult to get when I did finally get a Valerie appointment for my car to be picked up nobody showed up and nobody followed up to my repeated phone calls
When we called again for another engine noise, I am told the valet service is not available
How can Genesis tolerate this kind of action by the details? And there was no way to contact Genesis directly itself
