Excellent car. Service availability needs improvement.The ability to use regular fuel would be beneficial. lack of a spare time is a major concern. Concierge service ability is simply never available and it should not be used as a selling point. Need to find a better place to install the front license plate other than right in the middle of the front grille

Genesis GV80 2023

Only 18 mpg in mixed driving. Poor purchase experience. For 5 of 10 months new car had software issues. Too long to resolve. Do not expect a Lexus or Audi experience from a Hyundai dealer . Car itself is styled very nicely and drives well. There is simply too many negatives to offset that.

Think Twice Buying from Genesis of Roseville Ca.

Better think twice buying GENESIS GV80. They lied to us last year. They said they do valet service. They were a NO SHOW ON NOV1st 2023. WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER MIKE BENCH, NO RESPONSE! Tried to contact dealership manager NO RESPONSE. Just BEWARE FOLKS!

Waiting on battery for 5 weeks plus

Responsiveness from corporate is non existent Towing took 4 days with 3 trucks before at actually got towed Waiting for a new battery. Dealer is sympathetic, provided a like kind loaner car. Has no idea when a replacement battery will be available Totally unacceptable

I Love you Genny

After doing some research I liked what I was hearing about Genesis. Then once I went and looked at it I was hooked! I purchased the GV80 3.5T and have been in love with her ever sense. Everybody loves the exterior look but once they get inside they are blown away by her beauty!!

Love my Genesis

This vehicle is a dream- rides great, looks great, super comfy, and NOT some boujie brand that forms opinions. Was considering all the other luxury SUVs, but inventories low, inconveniences high, so opted for the Genesis and was driving it a week or so later.

BEST car I’ve owned

I love my GV80. It’s my second one. It’s so luxurious and was half the price of the Cadillac Escalade that I was looking at. It has so many luxuries and is incredibly comfortable. I get so many compliments on my car and constantly have strangers asking me questions about it.

The vehicle is quite fabulous, my only concern is, I did the saved places cannot be alphabetized for ease of access afterwards, and the Maps for not updated the dealership, and we have to go back separately to do that All the other issues related to pour dealer service we keep calling, and nobody answers back with you keep leaving messages, and this is most frustrating Also, when we try to get an appointment for the valet service, that was very difficult to get when I did finally get a Valerie appointment for my car to be picked up nobody showed up and nobody followed up to my repeated phone calls When we called again for another engine noise, I am told the valet service is not available How can Genesis tolerate this kind of action by the details? And there was no way to contact Genesis directly itself

GV80 handles well, looks great and is a joy to drive. Very comfortable and roomy Excellent dealership experience. The staff at LaFontaine were knowledgeable, experienced and very helpful and professional. Complete strangers will see me in the car and give me a thumbs up

Poor customer service

Calls are not returned promptly or ignored. They seem to be aware of the phone situation for the past year at least, but have made no attempt to rectify the issue. I left multiple messages and nobody returned calls. I was challenged by a service manager regarding the type of message I left, sales people not responsive. Etc.

horrible experience

this survey is too long! In a nutshell... the vehicle is the worst car I've ever owned and I sold it 4 months after I purchased. Dealers have no technical training. This cars is engineering is a joke. You should look closely at Mercedes, Lexus, etc for advise.

Great car but Connected Services doesn't Connect

We love the Genesis. I'd give this a 10 out of 10. Except that Connected Services continually stops connecting. Dealer can't fix it and tells me to complain to Genesis because they are seeing it alot. When we bought this, with no spare tire, once of the safety factors was that my wife could hit the SOS button and get assistance. But how can I feel comfortable when we have no idea when SOS / tracking stops working every day?

Happy with the car, but not the service and availability of parts.

Beautiful car, get a lot of compliments and second looks. Comfortable and quiet, but scheduling and getting service is horrible. Geniuses Care is a slogan, not a promise. All electronics are out on the screen and I have been waiting over two weeks for a part on back order. They have no idea when it will be in. No loaner car, also the screen says to not operate the car. Very disappointing.

100% Won Over

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with a Genesis GV80. I’ve just come up on my one year anniversary of ownership, and continue to be delighted with my car. It gets attention everywhere I go, and friends and family have all been extremely impressed with the appearance inside and out, as well as all of the features and amenities. I feel like I’m still only using about 25% of its features, and look forward to looking further into the manual to take advantage of so many more. I absolutely see myself buying another Genesis in the future, and find myself recommending the brand enthusiastically.

Great Car

Great vehicle, great ride, great comfort, many amenities to improve safety and driver convenience. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Previously I had a 2014 Equus Ultimate sedan that I thought was the best car I had ever driven. Unfortunately, I had an accident and when I was shopping for a new vehicle I discovered the 2023 GV80. I purchased it and have every expectation that this car will be as reliable and easy to maintain as my previous vehicle.

Genesis GV80 is awesome

We are very satisfied with safety, comfort, look, features, audio and mileage with our one year old GV80. we selected this after considering and test driving BMW, Benz, Lexus, Porsche and the main features we went in for is auto drive, self drive, auto park. Value for the money.

SUV is great

Delarship experience sucks. All these dealership are are cut another man. They will not work with another dealership. They lie over and over. Dont ask for them to find a car as they don’t put any effort forward and the. Sell the car underneath you.

Comfortable Car

Luxury exterior with comfortable driving assistance. Somewhat less start power, and no air suspension but I’m really satisfied the driving assistance while I’m driving back and force between LA Las Vegas, the driving distance lead my comfortable and safety.
