Safe choice with a brand that I trust.

Traded my 2018 G80 that I loved for the GV80. Needed easer getting in and out of the vehicle. Very pleased with my decision.

Not Crazy About Some Of The Features

My windshield wipers do not work correctly. The symbols on the panel are too close together, and when I hit the a/c, part of my finger hits the heated seats. The digital clock on the screen is white during the day, and it is hard to see the time. The round dial with the gears on it should be in front of the other dial, which controls the screen, and should be behind the gear dial. When I go to change the gear, my hand falls naturally where the screen dial is located. I do not want my car to go idle when I am stopped at a red light. I must push and button each time to get the car to come back to blowing cold air.

Not enough cup holders, arm rest storage small. Passenger seat does not have massage seat. 129V connector located on rear passenger panel, easier to use if located in front passenger area. Suspe sion should be air cushions for a more comfortable ride. Everything else is perfect.

Comfortable SUV Quality Built

Wonderful car, one the best I have ever owned. One suggestion would be to be able to have the Sirius on the screen saved so you don't have to change it everytime you start the car.

Lovely car, with just a few improvements to be made

Overall this vehicle is exceptional. It needs far more storage in the doors, center, and in the storage compartment in the back. Additionally, the facial recognition camera makes it impossible to drive with your hand at the top of the steering wheel. Efforts to turn off this feature have been unsuccessful.

Good car, but not quite what I expected

Overall, the car is good. It’s spacious, luxurious, and the built-in safety and driving assistance features are satisfying. However, I noticed two issues from the very first day I took delivery: a noise at low speeds and a malfunctioning sunshade. Having to take the car in for repairs and drive a loaner just two days after purchase was a very disappointing experience. And the noise still comes up from time to time these days. Since it can’t be consistently reproduced, I haven’t been able to take it in for service. The sunshade replacement, which was written up on the due bill, has been on backorder for nearly three months now, and I still haven’t been given any explanation for the delay. It’s extremely disappointing that a car priced over $70,000 would be put together so sloppily. The dealer’s communication has done nothing to address my concerns either. This will be my last Genesis.
