Good car it weren't for the dealer experience

I really don't have too many complaints for the car, it's a good price for what you get. If the dealership experience wasn't so poor, I would consider getting another one in the future. But it was so terrible and I never got a dealer survey, I have to mention it here. I hope to be in a better financial situation when my lease is up so I don't have to deal with shady Hyundai dealers ever again my life.

Premium quality across the board.

A top tier EV sedan that delivers in almost every capacity. Customization for the "infotainment" and dash boards are limited, and it lacks physical buttons for items like climate control. However the buttons that are used are static, and NOT hidden behind infotainment menus. Android Auto integration is seamless and easy. Bluelink nav and media is very good, for those who do not prefer to use a smartphone's car options. In handling and speed, it is an absolute dream. Turns on a dime and beats nearly anyone else off the light. Efficiency is great. The estimated miles remaining is more of a "guess-timation" and should not be trusted. Keep an eye on mi/km per kWh, know your battery, and do quick math. Handles with ease and weaves me through the worst of traffic without a worry. GREAT space in the back for anyone who is not too tall. Folding down seats have allowed more cargo space than might be expected. Not an SUV, but does incredibly well for a sedan.

A Real Step Up

We had previously bought an entry-level EV that had shorter range and slow DC (level 3) charging. The Ioniq 6 is a MAJOR step up. Well over 300 miles per full charge and very rapid charging at DC fast chargers. And the driver-assist features are spectacular. Loving this car.

New Ionia 6 observations

I was surprised that there is no rear window wiper. However, turning on the heat cleared it up almost innstantly. The limited version that I drive has an incredible number of features.

Beautiful except for alerts

It is a beautiful car but there are numerous alerts which go off, say when other cars are close, and it's just too much. We would like to find a way to turn them off but research indicates that we can only decrease the volume which may decrease the volume on other things.

Good car. Good value. Could be great with small tweaks.

Proximity sensors are too sensitive and overeager. No auto door locks. No wireless android auto or car play. No manual battery conditioning. We've had the car 2+ months and these are our biggest complaints. Everything else (so far) has been wonderful.

George Jetson would be proud!

I love my ionic 6! It feels like a spaceship to me. It drives so smooth with lots of power as it slices through the atmosphere effortlessly. Love all the tech as well as the Bose premium audio system. I also love that it resembles a Porsche of yester-year. So sexy!

Ok but could be much better.

Add cameras in the sides of the car and a camera to the front of the car, add CarPlay streaming and a better touchscreen and it would be perfect.
