Excellent choice for new drivers

I loved this car so much I ended up buying the 2025 version as well and I wanted the 2026 but sadly they discontinued it.

Good car. Overly hyper active safety features.

It’s a good car. It’s too bad that even with almost all of the nannies turned off, it still manages to abut me every time I drive it.

Rocket Car

Vehicle is much larger inside than I expected. It’s has a vast amount of features that other higher priced vehicles don’t have and it’s very comfortable. Love this vehicle!

I'm the best EV cars in the United States

I'm very pleased with my ionic 6. I love the range of the battery, the overall drive experience, the looks outside and inside. Some of the weaknesses include maintain top acceleration. You get some good initial acceleration but then you plateau. The wheels seem to perform very poorly in wet conditions. Some of the interior paneling seems to get stained or marked easily. And the lack of Bluetooth Android Auto connection still stands out for the 2024 model.

So far so good

Haven’t had any problems. Most replacement parts are easy access. Great aerodynamics. I hate to get the best mileage you need 18” wheels but only comes on the basic model.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 Terrible build quality

Good design terrible build in terms of battery and range. Driving is not that nice either, so it’s kinda just a nice metal frame and bad car.

Vehicle Review Title

Overall, I really enjoy my 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SEL. It has a very smooth drive, a comfortable interior, and the ambient lighting gives it a beautiful futuristic feel. I do wish it had more trunk space and a higher driving range, and I have been disappointed by the number of recalls for such a new vehicle. Even with those drawbacks, I still really like the car and enjoy driving it.

Zippy and Sleek

Great car!! I love the way it drives. Futuristic interior. Little things could be better. The customer service at Hyundai leaves a lot to be desired.

Love my Pre-Owned Ioniq 6!

It's a great car and has exceeded my expectations. The car is great. When I've taken it in for service and been given a gas burner to drive, the gas burners don't drive very well by comparison to the Nissan I replaced when I bought the Ioniq. Highly recommend the Ioniq 6, but not the brand in general.

Awesome car with poor quality & reliability

Pros: This is a unique and interesting sedan that is quiet, powerful, & efficient. Good range, changing speed, and good in the snow. Heats up quickly in the winter. It's certainly not an "enthusiast" driver's car, but it's enjoyable enough. I do like driving this car. Cons: there are a couple software annoyances that I would like to see fixed. First, there is no manual battery conditioning. Why? Second, if I use the app to change the level of battery charge I want (80% full, for example), it turns off battery preconditioning and the only way to turn it back on is in the car. Why? Third, why can't I turn on the heated seats when I use the app to preheat the car? These are all minor things I can get past, but what I can't ignore is the poor quality and reliability. I've had 4 warranty claims all before 30,000 miles. I've had the ICCU replaced twice. I'm just waiting for it to go out again and leave me stranded for a third time. I've had the horn replaced twice. The horn! A piece of technology that hasn't really changed in 75 years, and Hyundai can't get it right. I've had the front motor clutch go out. The 12V battery has been replaced. It's had multiple recalls. And what does Hyundai do to remedy these problems? Fix them? Nope. Just extend the warranty. I'm really upset I bought this car. People ask me if I would buy another electric car, and I say absolutely! Just not another Hyundai. I can't recommend this car (or any E-GMP vehicle), not until they fix these serious quality/reliability concerns.

Review of a Lemon

I began having problems with this car, almost as soon as I got it. The batteries in the key fob kept draining - I had to get them replaced about once a month and on three separate occasions, the car refused to start at all, and I had to have it towed. I tried two different Hyundai Service operations - Glendale and Van Nuys - but neither could figure out what the problem was

Luxurious fun driving machine!

I love driving our Ionic 6! It’s fun to drive, has incredible pick-up and I feel really special driving such a beautiful car. I rave about it all the time - so much so that my sister just went out and bought one for herself!!
