I've only had the vehicle for a month. Contact me in a year for a more inclusive survey

I have only had the vehicle for a month and currently have less than 1500 miles on it. Contact me in a year and my opinions may be different . One item I'm very concerned about is I ordered the vehicle with a hitch and wiring harness. It is important that it be installed by May 1, 2024. The dealer hasn't been able to give me any firm information about meeting my requirements. The completion of this item could influence any survey I complete in terms of dealer service and if the hitch is installed how the vehicle performs when towing.

The Palisade is a stylish and capable SUV. The amount of convenience and safety features on this vehicle for its price is amazing. The are vehicles in the class that sale for $20,000 to $30,000 more that have less features and safety equipment. The warranty on this vehicle is top line as well.Very happy with my purchase.

I bought my first Palisade in 2020 I put on 97000 miles on it and then traded it in for a 2024 our daughter drove it and she got one also. We love this car and we tell everyone how great they are you build a great vehicle

Love this vehicle. Very comfortable ride. Beautiful interior. Love seat massager. Auto drive feature is awesome. Wish steering wheel would move closer to driver. Great sound system. Averaging 23 mpg. Safety features are excellent.

Best new car I have ever owned.

Comfortable, rides great, plenty of power, lots of accessories, easy to drive and get into, handles well, lots of room for our three fur babies smallest of which is 95 pounds. Great mileage, handles snow really well.

We found the car very good.

The car is very well designed both inside and out. It rides and handles well. Has a lot of camera views for parking backing changing lane and much more. My wife loves it when parking in a parking space because she can turn on the camera to se all around the car to see if she inside the line of the parking space

excellent sales person-Jonathan Hall-excellent palisade 2024 sel

I just have to write and tell people who are considering buying a 2024 Hyundai palisade Sel that Balise Hyundai in Springfield is the place to go and be treated with respect and get a fair and honest deal on a car of a lifetime.I was lucky enough to have Jonathan Hall as my sales person and my wife and i loved the guy for his kindness and the time he spent with us finding the palisade we wanted.We told him up front what we wanted and we also told him we wanted an out the door price with no add-ons and he accommodated us with no questions asked which made us very happy.We told Jonathan what color we wanted and what color interior.They had one on the lot on Friday but it got sold so Jonathan told us he didn't know it had been sold until he went to work on Monday and he called us right away and let us know what had happened and he apologized .I asked him what we could do and he got a hold of the service manager and brought over to his desk and he promised he would call around to his contacts and see if he could dig up one just like the one which had been sold on Saturday.We told him we wanted a burgandy exterior color and gray or black interior color and (2) days later he called us and said that he found what we wanted and that it was at the dealership if we wanted to test drive it which we did and loved the car.Talk about going above and beyond to meet our needs really impressed me.We also met Brian Houser the head man and we thanked him for getting the car also even though it was a team effort on their part they made us (the customer) excited to buy the car and we were given a good deal and ended up under the MSRP price and they beat Gary Romes price for my trade in by $300.00.My wife and i were very happy how we were treated at balise after a bad experience at Gary Rome in holyoke.The sales person at Gary Rome didn't give us much lee way for my trade in value and i think he thought old people were just stupid and that's why we went to Balise hyundai in Sringfield because Gary Rome lost our business after buying (2) cars from him and loyalty was a thing of the past.Old people have money and we were going to pay cash for the new car but the sales person just didn't do his job so we went to a good dealership who wanted are business and we are glad it worked out that way.I have to say Jonathan Hall was the best thing that happened to us because he listened to us and we enjoyed doing business with him as a good human being.He is honest,caring,very knowledgeable and old school sales person.Jonathan you are an asset to Balise Hyundai and we really enjoyed working with you with no pressure tactics because you listened to us and what we wanted and didn't want.THANK YOU MY FRIEND!!!
