Love my cool car

I wanted something different as I no longer cart around multiple children in a mom car. This is a fun mom car that is still functional but playful at the same time. I love the color and it’s perfect for this stage of life.

The white elephant in the room.

Not a complete off road rig. How ever when the weather goes south it's a very capable rig. With having the turbo eng. it's pretty quick for it's weight once the turbo get spooled up. Some of the bells and whistles don't make much sense like the cameras for lane changing and tv screens I say really not a good idea. The driver should be focused outside for that looking for that motorcycle that the camera could miss. I like the smart cruise but at times I wish I could turn off the fwd sensor when it's snowing wet sticky stuff and covers the sensor and I have no cruise, now I was told I can turn that off but have not figured that one out. Smart cruise is great for rush hour, just have to get used to it lol. Towing is great as long as one puts the car in SPORT mode so it shifts at higher RPM points which makes it better for the tranny.

This truck does everything I need!

I really like this vehicle! I ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick in September 2022. Worst buying experience I ever had! Dealer/Ford ignored me for 10 months! No info when I might get my vehicle. I got so sick of the lack of Ford customer service, that I test drove and bought the Santa Cruz. I'm very happy with this vehicle. I took it out on 2 desert trips in the 1st 6 weeks and it performed flawlessly! I get a lot of compliments on appearance. I have bikes, a motorcycle, surfboards and a kayak and I can haul them all in the Santa Cruz! Looking forward to many trips in this vehicle.

Everybody was super friendly

Minimum characters 200. What? Kind of nonsense at the dealership was good but people were very friendly. They called of my eyes and I seem to be in another quick enough and i'm still not at two hundred characters

Great vehicle so far and I would definitely purchase again. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great value and lots of great safety features. would like to see better fuel economy, but it has been good so far.

Baja-adjacent

I always loved the utility of a small truck and this is that and more. The versatility of the Baja but with the height of an actual truck. Comfortable, surprisingly zippy acceleration, and the ability to haul/tow. Lots of fun.

Beautiful Pragmatic Reliable

It's just the before vehicle I was looking for. Perfomance is better than I expected. I am extremely satisfied with everything. Interior is very comfortable and the truck bed is just very useful. The average mpg is better than expected. I had a great dealership experience. So far, I simply love the Santa Cruz.

Sporty not truckey fun to drive

My Hyundai Santa Cruz is a joy to drive. This is my first new vehicle (family always got the new car) in 59 years. I chose my Santa Cruz over the other small truck for reliability, delivery from the manufacture (no BS), ten year / 100K warranty, financing, style, and included options in the trim level. IE: no extra charge for safety features like lane departure, cruse control, BLIS, etc. No extra charge for heated seats. I just really, really, really like my truck.

Santa Cruz

I really like my new Santa Cruz. It is like driving a comfortable car with all the bells and whistles but has a truck bed. It serves our purpose well. We use the truck bed quite often. The steering is very responsive and the vehicle rides very smooth. We love the cooler set in the back truck bed, great for tailgating. It is a fun, stylish vehicle and very unique. I do wish I would have upgraded to the larger engine as I would have liked the additional speed but the Santa Cruz smaller engine is not bad, especially in sport mode if you need the pick up. All in all it looks great and drives well. Has the great Hyundai warranty on it as well.

This is a great little truck. The ability to tow 5500 lbs is awesome. So many people have stopped me in the parking lot to tell me how good the truck looks.

This is a great looking truck and a great riding truck. At a 5500 lbs towing capacity and off road capacity, just outstanding. With the tubro on the engine this truck can move. Careful, though, it does use up the fuel when you step on the gas pedal.

Fender lines are not lined up

Great looking vehicle with attractive qualities. But as you inspect it well, you will see the body lines (fender, hood, rear panels) are not lined up well. This reveals low quality and attention to detail.

Great dealership, Santa Cruz is a great value loaded with high value features from the base line model

I was initially attracted to the styling and stance, which were exceptional for my price range. Took 3 test drives to verify comfort and ergonomics(thank you Allen Turner!) Very pleased with basic features, finish and safety. Great visibility for me. Also checked out Honda Ridgeline and Ford Ranger. More power and options available , but this one fit my budget, and I feel I got more than I paid for. Time will tell if reliability is on par with styling and features, but zero issues at 2500 miles. Highly recommend!

Please make more back seat leg room.. The seats are comfortable but very tight if making long trip.. Would like to have a cover for the back so we could store things without using the back seat.. Please help with this...

My dream car

I have always wanted a truck. This was priced right with great gas mileage. There is plenty of room for my 2 grandsons' car seats. I absolutely love the extra storage space hidden in the bed, it's so convenient.

The turbo charger bring the Santa Cruz to life

The Turbo charged Santa Cruz is very fun to drive. Acceleration and handling are excellent for a vehicle that can also haul manure if needed. The price is competitive but can climb quickly and the top trims get you in the price range of larger more capable trucks.

Beautifully styled vehicle that has some fantastic accessories but the total quality does not justify the total cost of the vehicle. There is just so many things that could be simply done to make this beautiful vehicle actually justify the cost of the vehicle.

Good overall nice inside and out some features are hard to use and understand as far as setting them up the overall sound system is poor I worry about the plastic outside pieces fading and the hood seems to move a lot when passed by other vehicles
