I love my Santa Cruz

This dealer and vehicle have been one of the best experiences in my life. Ease of sale. Quality of vehicle. I enjoy looking at it parked and enjoy driving it. It exceeds in the mileage it is rated for. I get 29/30 mpg on the highway!! Just has been a great experience!!

Fabulous vehicle, love my truck

I have loved the Santa Cruz since I first viewed the concept pictures years ago. While it took some time for it to come into production, it was worth the wait and I am completely satisfied. Hyundai has a winner here!!

2023 Santa Cruz Limited-1 year, 28k mile ownership

The Hyundai Santa Cruz is a great compact four-door pick up that is fully loaded for less than $45,000. It has unique features, great styling, acceptable, fuel economy, and a powerful drive train. It is missing a few minor marks, but overall worth consideration.

So far so good.

The SC is a sharp looking truck. I considered a Ford Maverick but the ones available were used and priced much higher than my new truck. The night edition in Phantom Black is stunning to look at. I am glad it was what I bought even if I had to have a coil pack replaced at 600 miles.

My new Santa Cruz

I enjoy driving my Santa Cruz. It drives like a car but the back end is all truck. I like all the standard features. The only thing I would have liked is a trailer hitch. They do sell them but it would have cost me around a thousand dollars to have it installed. I can not wait to take it on our first road trip. I can see where the paddle shifters will be a great help on the mountain roads and the cruse control will be welcomed on the opened freeways. I get complements all the time on the look an color of my new truck. Over all I am very pleased with my Santa Cruz and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a midsize truck.

Best truck on the road

I bought this truck in July and have been very satisfied. It’s big enough for what I need and small enough for my family to feel comfortable driving it. It’s good on fuel for a truck, and it’s by far, the best looking truck on the road. I get so many stares and thumbs up from people next to me on the road. It also has plenty of daft lett features if that’s important to you. Not the most powerful vehicle, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

This little truck is stylish and tough. It's perfect for me.

I absolutely love this stylish little truck. It is perfect for me. I use the small bed to transport gardening supplies, and it suits my needs perfectly. It also provides a comfortable ride, wonderful safety features in snowy/icy conditions, and very good fuel efficiency for a truck.

2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz 11,000 miles as of this writing and owned for 1 year

I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing a Hyundai product because I had mainly drove Toyota or Honda products. However, I researched and fell in love with the Santa Cruz and decided to give it a try. I am exceedingly happy with my vehicle and the long warranty offered by Hyundai clinched the deal. It is a very comfortable and useful vehicle to drive and operate. I have the Limited turbo option which offers great power when needed or just wanting to have some sporty fun.

Best car I have owned.As far as performance it's performs well in all weather.The convenience of having a truck bed on my suv makes it easier for trips etc! my husband and teen/adult kids love to drive it as well!It makes road trips more fun!

2023 Hyunda Santa Cruz SEL Premium

This is an extremely versatile vehicle for anyone needing the everyday use of a sedan with the occasional need to haul. It's an outdoor enthusiasts dream car with off-road capability, plenty of storage, and modern conveniences. If you have a sunroof with factory cross bars, you're going to experience a lot of noise when having the roof open. Listening to music or even having a conversation will be tough. Other than that, I have no complaints and am extremely happy with this truck! With the features and versatility of the bed, I'm able to haul 4'x8' sheets of flat material with no problems or concerns at all! The factory tires are a little underwhelming, so I did replace them with a slightly more aggressive tire that set it apart from a Santa Cruz right off the showroom floor. Other than that, I think it's a great looking vehicle that will definitely turn heads and start conversations! With the AWD model, you can expect 18-19 average mpg's. Highway driving will get you about 27mpg on the high end. With this being an off-road capable vehicle with lockable 4x4, I'm happy with that. Overall, it's a vehicle that will give you small truck (5,000 lbs) towing with the mpg and comfortability of an SUV.

Really good and reliable drive but it could have a better mileage and MSRP.

The Santa Cruz should drop down the price comparing other brands and also should increase the mileage system in it. I would suggest they should make electric or at least hybrid to get a better mileage.

Fun to Drive

The 2.5 Turbo with 281 HP in this light truck is really fun to drive. Interior is luxurious, compares to luxury cars. The infotainment system and driver assist features are a plus for a small truck like this.

Important information

A few minor things that should be addressed with the newer models. Rock chips on mirrored area of grill, bumper, and dark spot when headlights are on. Otherwise I live my Santa Cruz. Will buy a newer version of this vehicle when this one is paid off.

Tows great - great features

Peppy, comfortable, great storage, 110 volt option, self leveling suspension. Fun to drive, great options on the Limited. The cruise control is amazing, keeps vehicle in lane & will do 0mph to whatever you set cruise on. Remote Start from app is extremely useful especially in extreme climates. Great well designed & versatile truck. 5 + Stars.

Great little truck!

I absolutely love my Hyundai Santa Cruz! I have owned it for one year now and am still enjoying driving it and turning around in parking lots for s second look before leaving her behind. The AWD did great in the 18 inches of snow last winter and the moon roof is great year round! Totally recommended if you don't need a Bro-dozer or manhood compensation vehicle, LOL. Seriously if you are not towing more than 5k this is a great little truck that also fits in your garage!

Great Little Vehicle

I've had my 2023 Santa Cruz SEL AWD for just about a year now. I must confess I do miss my BIG RAM 1500, but I do not miss the 19 mpg. My little Hyundai has been wonderful with the gas mileage as I average around 25 mpg in town and 30 mpg on the interstate, and sometimes better!!! The back seat is a bit small, but it's usually just me and my wife, so we rarely use the back seats. I would buy this vehicle again as it's been fun to drive, is a real head turner, and does everything I need her to do.

An Excellent, do all truck.

I have purchased 67 new vehicles and this one is well built and well designed. Many great features and good mpg. I have almost 10k miles there have been no issues except a nav update was required to stop getting other malfunction warnings. After update all is well. No complaints at all.

The 2023 Santa Cruz SEL is well equipped much better than the Ford Maverick XLT Luxury I ordered from Ford Dealership in Queensbury, NY they tried to upcharge me $10,000 over sticker price, told them to Sticker up their @$$, Matthews Hyundai sold me my SC at sticker and $500 Veterans rebate and 0.9 apr
