Northern Virginia - Safford Hyundai

The Hyundai Santa Cruz outperforms the Ford Maverick in all important categories. It is zippy, eye catching and a ton of fun to drive. The real difference is the Hyundai customer service experience. Dealing with Sales, Service and even Parts Department is actually a pleasant experience!

Nice car, fuel economy, very good features

I’m so happy with my new Hyundai Santa Cruz, it’s cute. Also it has a pretty good guarantee which is an important thing to me. It is plenty of room inside and in the trunk, I really enjoy open the sunroof in the sunny days.

The team AT Hyundia are great. I love my new Santa Cruz, styling is great. Gas mileage is good for a truck. Would recommend taking a test drive to anyone. It is a great vehicle for the price. My spouse says he will buy another if he wins the lottery

Awesome ride

The smooth, quiet ride, great handling, and excellent sound system make the Santa Cruz a lot of fun to drive! The safety features are also very nice. There are a couple of things that could be improved, but overall an awesome vehicle.

Love the Santa Cruz the seats are very comfortable rides nice get a lot of compliments I like the way the dash fits around you makes it feel more spacious the color is nice has a joint of metal flake. I just enjoy driving this vehicle.

Fun, stylish, very functional CUV

Great vehicle for all kinds of driving needs. It has excellent payload and towing capacity for its class, is fun and easy to drive, and being new in my market, it is rare and turns heads. Love the Blue Stone color.

LOVE IT

Very stylish. Have received a lot of looks and compliments on it. Rides smooth, great infotainment system. Lots of features. Smarter than me! Roomy and comfortable interior. Disappointed that the passenger seat is not auto. Rear window is distracting in rear view mirror. Back up camera is awesome in the dark.

the hyundai santa cruz is fun and amazing!

I'm so happy i decided to go with the santa cruz! it drives and handles great and just fun to have! it is super comfortable and looks amazing. i bought mine in the sage green with the activity package and i love the color! if you get the SEL, get the activity package its well worth it!

Just Fine!

I replaced a chevy s10 with the Santa Cruz. I liked the styling of the Santa Cruz and the bed was the perfect size. I use the bed for hauling bags of mulch and throwing my metal detectors in the back. The truck runs just fine with the non turbo engine, the main thing I wanted was all wheel drive. I am pleased.

2023 Limited Santa Cruz

Perfect little car for my wife, she just loves it for her Real Estate business. Also very functional. Lots of people love to ask questions about it or sit in it. So far in 3 months of ownership, no issues.

Great vehicle, best combination of a truck and a SUV. Plenty of tech and safety features. If you are looking for the versatility of a small truck but value ride quality and available features, you need to give this vehicle a serious consideration.

SEL Naturally Aspirated, no activity package. 3900 miles on odometer, averaging 29.7 MPGs in 80% city driving, 20% highway. I didn't want a sunroof or a tonneau cover. Tonneau cover takes up too much bedspace behind the cab. Non-Turbo engine is plenty of power for me. Santa Cruz pulls my 5' X 8' utility trailer just fine when needed. Bed space is 66.6% of what my old truck offered but it's adequate. My old Dodge truck, 318 CID, V8 got 13 MPGs in the city and rode like a truck. Cruz rides like a Tuscon, does the same work and rewards me with good gas milage and a smooth ride. I am pleased with my Santa Cruz.

Love My Santa Cruz!

I wanted the not a car and not a truck since I first spotted it in my Email. COVID made it impossible to get it right away. Had about given up on it, when there it was in my favorite color Green sitting in the dealer parking lot. I went in, test drove, and bought it on the spot. The Cruz is a comfy ride the safety features are excellent and it is an awesome ride. Never been a car person but the Cruz has me hooked. I have people stop me to look at the Cruz and have bragged and recommended it to anyone that asks.

Love this vehicle

Nicely stylish; chose the "Night package" with black wheels, mirrors, etc. The sliding/locking truck bed cover with lighting and storage areas inside is a nice plus. Has a nice, smooth and quiet ride... you don't feel like you're inside a pickup truck. So far, my wife and I like just about everything about the vehicle.

I love my truck

This is the first truck I own and my first brand new vehicle. I’ve owned two Jeep renegades and a Subaru crosstrek. I like a somewhat compact vehicle that rides a little taller and has four wheel drive. I tend to do a lot of odd jobs that require me to carry different supplies from place to place. I live in Chicago where the weather can be rough. I need a ride that can go no matter the conditions outside and has a lot of space. I don’t want something huge because city parking is a pain. The Santa Cruz was my answer. For a truck it is somewhat compact. It has a small bed, but it gives my day to day to extra space to carry and haul everything. I’ve accomplished multiple Home Depot and IKEA runs; hauling everything from lumber to giant furniture sets. I’ve hauled commercial fridges and children jungle gym sets. It rides and feels like an SUV. It is very comfortable for long trips. I mainly ride by myself, but there’s still good room for the front passenger. Backseat has little to no room. Has a nice storage cubby under the bench, but I would have preferred a longer bed with no rear seat. Drives real smooth, traction has been good, and acceleration is great. Have used it during thunderstorms and it handles great. I’m very confident it’ll do wonderful in the snow. Overall I highly recommend the Santa Cruz.

Good vehicle, will expect good mileage & service ability as our two previous new Hyundai vehicles.

This is our first a w d vehicle and the comfort is great for off road use. Tough for some off the grid use. Our comfort for long distance drives have helped on long trips. The interior is good size for front seat passengers, we may be a little cramped in the back seat.

Quirky Looks, Great Ride, Superb Technology

Just completed 3500+ mile cross country trip from Arizona to Kentucky and back mainly on I-40. From the twisting climbing two lane roads snaking thru Payson to Holbrook to the various terrain and road conditions thru 5 other states this vehicle is road trip worthy with conditions. Makes a great vehicle for 2 adults and a dog or maybe a small child for long road trips. Great range, great handling, nice ride, usable space and a superb set of driving aids at least in the Limited model make driving safer and less stressful. Cramped rear space for adult sized passengers and lack of ability to recline rear seats and no center arm rest would not be comfortable at all on a long drive but certainly acceptable for day trips. The bed is small but fits my needs and the vehicle can easily tow my motorcycle. The SC is also able to fit in my garage something most "real trucks" can't do.
