Great vehicle but lousy gas mileage

I love the styling and comfort, as well as the technology built into the Limited. Unfortunately, I am getting very bad gas mileage which is my biggest concern. It is supposed to get 27MPG on average and I am getting 18 MPG at best while driving it super gently during the break-in period. Things that could be improved, besides the MPG, are: - option to automatically lock doors on exit - currently bluelink (if active) will message you that doors are not locked and give you an option to lock them; would be better if it could be set to just do it automatically - wireless CarPlay on the Limited - currently requires phone to be plugged in yet they provide a wireless charger?! - better audio on the Limited - the sound is just meh. has to be turned up at least half way to hear it when the vehicle is moving and the sound is not punchy at all; OK for podcasts and audio books but music sounds horrible.

Ohhh she is a cutie!

This was my celebratory notamommobile. I am no longer a chauffeur for kids. Yahoo! I got it for my 55th birthday; when yiu turn the speed limit you have to get a new car right? Lol! The activity package makes all the difference in convenience for grocery shopping and home depot runs. Furthermore, I am a band wife. This hauls the bass guitar, amplifier and miscellaneous equipment to gigs in style.

You get what you pay for (watch out Ford buyers)

great little truck. Tons of torque, and very smooth riding and driving. Quiet and comfortable under most road conditions. Can tow and haul without having to drive a stiff truck framed lumber wagon. Great looks and has a high feel good factor. Gas mileage exceeds EPA estimates, even before break in. Safety features are unmatched.

The Professionals at Homer Skelton Hyundai made it easy!

My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz is part of the family now! Everyone wants to know where I got it. Might be the Night trim package, with the phantom black exterior or the marvelous front profile or it could be the 2.5 Turbo that makes heads turn. Either way this is a smooth ride, now if you will excuse me, I hear the highway calling!

Unique Styling

Another Hyundai home run. Like the Kona, which I owned prior, the Santa Cruz is another risk taking vehicle. It's unique styling and unibody construction is very much a throwback to the Chevy El Camino and Suburu Baha of my youth. The Santa Cruz is an eye catcher on the road and fun to drive. Highly recommended.

Great Experience Overall

My Santa cruz has been a wonderful purchase. The only draw back on this vehicle is there are no dials whatsoever. This is a personal preference and still does not change my opinion of the car in any way. I will recommend this car to anyone looking for s small truck.

I have the Santa Cruz with the big engine. It is a sports car with bed.

I have owned two Santa Cruz’s. The first one was a 2022 and was a fantastic vehicle. The second one is a new 2024 and is very similar and equally as good as the 2022. I use them for commuting to work and also light farm work in north Texas. They seem to be very durable. I have about 5000 miles of towing with the 2022 and had no issues. I purchased a second one when the 2022 had about 30,000 miles on i. I like to keep fairly new cars, if this one proves as good as the first one, I will purchase a 2026.

Great SAV

Great handling and ride comfort. I added accessories like a bed cover and trailer hitch which were very easy to install. I am still getting used to the audio, phone, and navigation controls, but should be ok when I do. Very happy with it so far.

A great choice

The vehicle is great quality, plenty of room on the inside and gets good mileage. The bed has just the right account of room for me and has a small trunk underneath that locks and good tie downs. There are tons of features that I wasn’t expecting in this price range.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle as well as the look of it. The truck bed is very handy. It's great for my two dogs. I like the sage color and back up camera. It's very comfortable and easy to drive.

I did not buy from Taylor Hyundai because the salesman continued tying to sell me a '23 Santa Cruz and said his manage said there were NO '24 available. The next day AAI bought a '24 from Epperson Hyundai and over sticker price. Later I found out Stivger's Hyundia does NOT sell over sticker price. And they have EXCELLENT service and friendly personnel. I will always reconmend and buy from Stivers in the future!!!!

Excellent handling vehicle. Drives like a sports car. Very good fuel economy. Comfortable. So I MUST write over 200 characters? Fun small truck

This is a fun truck to drive. The features available are great, cooling seats, camera’s, cover for bed, front leg room, etc. the one issue is leg room for the back seat! It is just fun and easy to drive!
