Great value for the money.

This Tucson is comfortable to drive, and 32mpg is what I am getting on highway. The Tucson is roomy and has great cargo space in storage area. ThisTucson doesn't come with a spare tire, just emergency inflator kit. Things I don't like about this vehicle is the constant suggestion to TAKE A BREAK even if you only been driving less than an hour, and it CAN'T BE DEACTIVATED and the super sensitive forward collision avoidance system WHICH IS INTEGRATED IN SMART CRUISE CONTROL, If it rains hard the vehicle will automatically start slowing down on it's own, if the system detects ANYTHING THAT IT DETERMINES IS AN OBSTACLE IT WILL SLOW DOWN, EVEN IF THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THERE! I'M in the left lane doing 75mph nothing in front of me the car all of sudden starts to slow down. I have taken this to dealership and was informed the system is real sensitive.

Love the car - the main complaint I have involves the alerts that occur when using smart cruise control and lane centering - too many ‘false positives ‘ - very annoying!

Pleased

I have had my 2026 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convince for 3 months. It doesn’t come with all the bells and whistles. I purchased it for the gas mileage. I’ve been averaging between 40-42 mpg city. I recently took a trip and driving around Chicago’s freeways I even hit 51 mpg. Other freeway driving I averaged 41-42 mpg. Pros - Comfortable drive (no road fatigue). Great power and acceleration when needed. Cons - Turbo, I know turbos are prone to burn out. My remedy to extend its life is to idol it for 45-60 seconds to cool off the turbo.

The Tucson Hybrid lives up to Hyundai quality

I had previously owned a Hyundai Sonata, which I was happy with, but wanted to trade up to a hybrid for better gas mileage. When I drove the Tucson Hybrid I was happy with the way it handled and the comfort of the ride. I think the interior is laid out well, seats are comfortable and there is plenty of leg and head room in both the front and back seats. The cargo area may be smaller than other SUV's but as I don't haul very much, it works well for me. Recently I took it on a road trip and was thrilled to get 47 miles per gallon on the trip.

New Tucson has all the interior room you need! Great up and go. With the sleek styling it turns heads! Above all you have the confidence that your family is protected for that unforeseen problem which may occur. Over 2100 miles driven and a 43 mile per gallon average, puts money in my pocket.
