I did not buy this car because I wanted to. I bought it because I "had to" ... I had a 2025 which was a lemon. At the time, trading up was a compromise which relieved me of having to hire an attorney and fight with you.

Nice vehicle but too many electronic problems.

Problem with digital key which drained 22 volt battery, not sure if completely fixed. I disabled digital key, now a recall on forward collision warning system.

2026 Hyundai Tucson is EXCELLENCE

I have had the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid for about 90 days now and the only complaint that I have about this car is that it may be too smart for me. It Seem that I am always having to look up in the manual or on you tube something I do not know or something I don't understand. This car has every thing in it that I have ever wanted in a car and several things that I didn't know I wanted, until I have had them on this car. Now, I'm not sure that I want to live without them.

We are enjoying our new 2026 Tucson Hybrid. It is very comfortable and fun to drive. It took a a little while to get acclimated to all the tech featues, but am now up to speed and loving it.

Feature Packed SUV with Mixed Real-World Experience

The 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited is undoubtedly one of the most feature-rich and visually attractive SUVs in its segment. The combination of hybrid efficiency, modern technology, premium interior space, and advanced safety features makes it an excellent family vehicle on paper. The fuel economy is impressive, averaging around 37 MPG, while still delivering solid power and driving comfort. The vehicle stands out with its spacious cabin, luxurious panoramic sunroof, excellent seating comfort, advanced 360-degree camera system, lane assistance technology, remote app features, Bose sound system, and attractive exterior styling — especially in the Amazon Gray color. Hyundai also provides excellent value with competitive pricing, strong warranty coverage, and dealership perks such as complimentary service and lifetime car washes. However, despite all the modern technology and convenience features, the vehicle surprisingly lacks the smooth and practical driving experience found in some older Hyundai models like the Veracruz and Sonata. Certain design choices — especially around dashboard visibility, steering wheel placement, gear indicator positioning, and overall driving ergonomics — create unnecessary frustration during daily use. While the Tucson Hybrid Limited excels in innovation and features, there are several usability and quality concerns that Hyundai should address to improve the overall ownership experience.

The 2026 Hybrid is a nice step up from the 2024 non-Hybrid

The Hybrid has a smoother drivetrain and seems to handle better than the 2024 non-Hybrid. The mileage increased by 25-35% from the non-hybrid.
