Fine

It’s ok, it’s small which is fine if you don’t have a child in a car seat the look of it nice paint,wheels,interior , is all good. I would not purchase this again, not because it’s not a nice car, but it’s just really convenient with children on

Engine has poor response which in turns creates poor agility and manuvering

Overall car is beautiful and comfortable. It lacks in engine capabilities and if it came with a turbo as a standard would be a fantastic car to drive around the Hill Country in Texas. Windows are big for full viewing but lack any tint which should be standard on a Limited model. Also floor mats are carpet and should be rubber on a Limited model as well. Overall car has potential with a few modifications which I cannot make because it would void the warranties.

Disappointing

Owned multiple Hyundai vehicles. This is the only one I'd consider moderately disappointing. I realize 27k is not a huge amount, but the quality from the onset makes it nothing I'd recommend to others. Hopefully it will hold together for a while.

Grade B-

A fine vehicle in all aspects except for brake noise. Good ride, handling and comfort. The control as easy to read and reach. The sun roof is a nice touch. The only problem is the brake noise which is constant.

Poor quality body.

Cracks and falls apart with minor nicks or incidents causing massive exterior damage, even at a low speed, like 5 miles an hour. It is not covered by any protection plan or warranty either. I would not recommend this car.

Multiple issues with the new Venue

Purchased the Venue in Aug. 2023 and within a month, experienced the display randomly going blank while driving and backing up. Experienced another issue where the car's engine shutoff during driving.

Not for tall drivers.

Seat don't adjust to tall drivers. Very uncomfortable when driving over 30 minutes. Sluggish at take off. No real power at take off. Limited trunk space. Not a a lot of space to work with. GOOOOO BUCS!!

Poor quality

Overall , poor quality , outside material extremely thin . I can make a dent with my hand. Hard seats , terrible breaks. Not reliable enough. I am sorry that I purchased this car. I was expecting better quality .

Venue - Buyer Beware - Looks Great, Drives Horribly

Within mere days of buying my Venue I had immediate regret, the car looks great so I did ignore the reviews saying the car was finicky on the highway. Little did I know how finicky it would be. On the highway the car feels like a small boat on a choppy ocean, pulling me from side to side, it is even worse when a truck drives by and on a windy day? Forget about it. My children feel unsafe in the car, I had to turn off the alert for leaving the lane and now I white knuckle it with two hands on the wheel, stay in the right hand lane and don't dare go over 65mph. On side roads it is easily thrown by small bumps and loves to pull to the left. I could not return the car even with the immediate regret unless I forfeited my entire $5k deposit (even though the dealership also listed my trade in for over $8k than they gave me) so now I am going to limit my driving for three years and will never make this mistake again.

Not for me

If using for short suburban commutes might work for you but not for me. I feel every bump and not fun to drive. Feels cheap and no power. Not worth the price I feel. Only benefit is warranty. I can’t wait to get another car.

Stuck with car

I absolutely hate hate this car. The front warning doesn’t always work. I hate the dealership sticker was not on the car. I hate it doesn’t have features I would have liked to have. I hate it sounded by the salesperson I was getting a great deal.

Was called by a company today stating that the coverage on my vehicle did not cover the electrical portion of the car. I was unaware that I was not covered. When purchasing the car, I was never told by the Sales Dept. that the electrical was not included in the warranty. I am extremely upset about this situation!!!!!!!!!!!!! They told me that I would have to pay roughly $3,200.00 for the coverage. That is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I would not have purchased the car in full if I was told about this in the begining!!!!

Norman Hyundai

The dealership in Norman, Oklahoma, gave us incorrect information about the vehicle, and their lack of support created confusion and caused us to pay fees we would not have had to pay if they had communicated with us and had not taken away the license plate of the car we traded in without asking.

Garbage

It's was lemon, I will never buy Hyundai again. The car had issues with HVAC from the start. It got so bad the fan would labor when turning. Turned out it was full of water leaking behind the dash causing who knows how much damage. The mold on the floor mats and carpet was disgusting. All the dealer told me was they didn't know why it did that. Garbage brand, stay away.
