The car is great, the warranty service is HORRIBLE.
The car is great - light, maneuverable, great gas mileage - a pleasure to drive. The warranty service, though, is NOT GOOD: left headlight leaked, with water accumulation. At Arlington McGrath Kia I had to bring the car again in three days to confirm that the leak is still there. Then I was asked to leave the car for the whole day to get KIA approval for ordering the headlight, and only then I was told the work can be done. I am still waiting (the whole day wait) and hope that will do it. KIA folks, this is INSANE!
