Oldie, but goodie.

We bought it in Rhode Island the week after 9/11. Since then, it has 15k miles, second battery, second set of tires, and only repair was last year when the convertible top wouldn't close. It's my wife's baby!

Good cruiser but expensive to maintain.

Good cruiser but expensive to maintain. Drives well, still has great power. Battery and electrics are a nightmare. The average Kia will be more reliable but what price style?

Beautiful design with powerful engine

This model of SL500 2001 is the best design that mercedes get out ALL other similar are completely out of touch and look ugly until 2017 model which can beat the old model 2001
