Reliable

I bought the Subaru Crosstrek from Dawson's in December 2021. The biggest reason for me buying a Subaru is the ability to get through the snow. I had 2 storms I had to drive out in and it performed great.

Great Wise Choice

Safe,very economical,excellent electronics,great handling and solid maintenance.No real serious mechanical issues-just regular upkeep maintenance-oil change,new tires and maintenance,A/C recharge,air/cabin filters. My favorite car I've ever owned...

I bought my 2015 Crosstrek brand new. It was a great buying experience at Eastside Subaru. I had been looking for a vehicle that was fuel efficient, safe and would last me a long time. The Crosstrek fit the bill and more. All Wheel Drive, 8.7 inches of ground clearance, and a Vehicle Dynamics Control system make this an excellent vehicle for going anywhere from the mountains to the beach. At just over 14.5' long, it's also excellent in the city. I went with the CVT transmission because it provides better fuel efficiency, and I can still "down shift" for more power when needed. With Subaru's record of long lived vehicles, I expect to be able to hold on to my Crosstrek for at least a decade. It really is my favorite car I've ever owned.

Awesome

Best car I have ever owned. 85,000 miles and just got my first set of tires. That’s it. I have the regular maintenance done and I’m happy. Still haven’t needed brakes. I love this car. A money saver.

Best Crossover SUV

Really great car for the city or the mountains. Very comfortable, with great features. Perfect for someone who loves the outdoors but wants a car that fits in in the city. Really fun to drive!

Love it

The visibility in the car was a biggie for me, I love the large windows and the comfort inside and out. This car is sporty and so much fun to drive. I wanted something fun to drive but also felt like I needed a responsible car for my age.

Good value vehicle

I have owned my Subaru for 29 months. It holds the mountain roads fantastic and drives easily. The interior and options are of average quality. I was surprised there was no satellite radio built in, no gps and have had some issues with the Bluetooth connection and my cell phone. The technology is sub par. Each headlight and taillight has multiple bulbs. I have had to replace bulbs in both headlights and one taillight. The cost for bulbs ran between $5-$20 each so have invested $150 in bulbs in less than 3 years. The leg room in the rear seat is a bit tight for adults and the cargo space is not very generous. While I am not unhappy with my crosstrek, I'm not thrilled. I do not plan to make my next vehicle a Subaru. The one time I needed traction on a snowy mountain road, it was a real struggle and I was slipping all over the road. The awd doesn't quite do the job. I need a 4wd vehicle that can seat more people comfortably and give me more cargo space.

Love my Crosstrek!

I wasn't really shopping for this vehicle, but once reading the national reviews and talking to the Sales Staff, and then took a test drive--- I was sold. Love my new car and feel very safe in it. After being in a Hit-n-Run accident and having my last car totaled, this car is so right for me. Love the style, the ride, and the solidness of the Crosstrek.
