The service department is awesome and advised me when my vehicle was ready for pick up. The first reason I traveled 75 miles to purchase my vehicle was the price! It was exactly what I want

Second reason was the internet customer service representative was knowledgeable and very helpful in the first step of the process. When I arrived my vehicle was setting at the front door. My sales representative Christian was waiting at the front door with an umbrella. It was raining heavily. She came out and greeted me at my vehicle and brought me inside. We went through all of what she had to do with me. She was a very pleasant lady and very knowledgeable. When we were finished I then went to the finance department and went through all the paperwork and options they had to offer and finished. The finance officer was again very knowledgeable and professional to work with. I have had several emails from them on all aspects of the vehicle. They send links on all the functions of the vehicle and they stay in touch on how the vehicle is doing, if it is up to our expectations. Again we are totally happy with our experience at Keith Hathorne Hyundai.
