"Regular Maintenance Performed while dog waited...Not mine"
Jay was personable and answered questions. Two hours for an appointment oil change is ridiculous, but that was the time given and the dealership adhered to schedule. I was very uncomfortable with a dog in the waiting area. This was a pet and not a service dog. The waiting area is not the appropriate place. I was surprised that one of the owners saw the animal and said nothing. The dog behaved. The owners of the pet allowed him to drink from the waiting area water cooler. Gross!

Service is expertly performed. Car is examined thoroughly, not just the designate problem or service area. All staff are courteous.

"Terrible service "
I was charged for services I did not request or authorize, charged for services that were previously repaired in a recall and when I asked to see the manager, I was told he was too busy. I will not return to Brandon Hyundai.

"The service person I had taking care of my car and his great attitude in doing a good job makes this a great place"
I have had some disappointments in the past, but not this time. I really was pleased with the service person taking care of me and I will ask for him again when I bring in my car.
