I had spoken to the service manager prior to coming in, as my problem was related to a recall that was supposed to have been done in 2014. The problem caused me to totally breakdown in the middle of a busy highway out of town. When I came in, I expected a hassle, however, it was just the contrary, The manager did his research and got me a loaner car while mine was being repaired. This took a couple of days since the Veracruz is no longer manufactured and they had to order the part. Mario was my service adviser and he made a pleasant situation out of what was a very stressful situation for me.

"Service very disappointing "
my car was supposed to be done for a oil change an repair from a manufactors recall. in a hour and fifteen.

and i waited 5 hours I Had to call to ind out about my car and then i get the car back and my tire pressure is severely low.

This is very disappointing and dangerous.

Feel taken advantage of in replacing a battery on a car not even 2 1/2 years old and only 16,000 miles. Had to pay 190.00 and no offer to spend less until time to pay and battery already in car. Last time I will come back
