"Long wait for a bad service"
I had an appointment but waited 3.5 hours, was promised 1.5 to 2.5 hours. My car was veering to the right so I got an alignment done. When I left the shop, my car was veering to the left. I've had worse issues before but they never accept responsibility for their errors.

"You do not honor appointments"

I took the time to call and schedule an oil change one week ahead of time. I was given a time and day. I showed up on time. Two hours later I was a still there. People who just showed up for service were given priority over me.
I was told the reason it took so long was that you “got slammed.” That is no excuse when I called ahead for an appointment.
I got my keys did not pay the bill and just left.
I have an email address for my F150 service manager. He gives me a window for the best time and I schedule a time and day. When I show up, he greets me by name, and the paper work is ready to go and my F150 gets serviced within an hour.

the service team does a good job. bought my hyundai here, but won't buy the next one here. tried to buy another one and it took all day and the sales person had to run back and forth to get "deal approved" and then they forgot the trade after I thought we had a signed deal, and then they were all mad at me like it was my fault. it's fine for service though.
