"Not great at all"
My car is less than 2yrs old not even 30k miles and the AC has never worked. Every time I've brought it in to be fixed they say it was this or that and never actually fix it. They promise and don't follow through. Ever. This will be my last Hyundai.

I was surprised by the kindness and the care of the people at the service area for when I brought in my Hyundai for its routine maintenance. They listened to my concerns and explained to me what would be done for my vehicle as well as telling me the approximate wait time.

"They steal change"
service didn't secure the hood of my vehicle after my service was complete and I drove home not knowing my hood wasn't secure

"Mixed emotions"
While my recent visit was ok I have been having issues since I bought my car where it was sold to me with tires that make noise when driving and I was told it would go away which it has not and its been since Feb. Additionally when going on the highway the doors sounds as if the windows are cracked letting in wind and I keep writing and leaving messages about my issues and its as if nobody cares. The only reason I was there was due to the recall and even for that I just had to show up I tried writing and calling to make arrangements and got nowhere.
