Verified CustomerWe had done previous work on Harold's car and he was having problems. We did a poor job addressing his needs, didn't charge him anythng aditional but didn't fix his problem. I contacted him, apoligized and asked if there was anything we could do to address his problem or make up for the disappointmnet and he declined.
