Personalized service by those that really can. It makes all the difference to me.
I've taken my Rover to DOE AS 3 times and the service was great. Even when they couldn't meet the planned delivery time they called me early enough to allow me to make other arrangements. Also, I do appreciate the free Lyft ride back and forth to my home.
