"Honest, timely service, friendly staff"
I started using Keller a few years ago for my routine vehicle service and am very pleased with them. They've always been very honest, friendly and informative, and they've consistently performed the service within the time they say it will take. And with a coupon (which frequently comes in the mail), premium oil changes are very reasonable.

On my most recent visit, I mentioned my (new) tires didn't need to be rotated, and instead of simply not doing the rotation (which was included in the premium oil change service for $19.99), Dale suggested I just do the basic oil change for $9.99 since they still perform all the other services of the premium oil change, minus the tire rotation of course. It would have been easy for them to simply skip the tire rotation and still charge me the full price of the premium services, but instead Dale directed me to a cheaper alternative. Impressive.

"Good Service"
I called on Wednesday to see if I could get my car in for an oil change. I was told they would squeeze it in and would also provide a loaner. I was told it could be done by 11:00 hopefully. When I called, it had not made it to the lift. I explained I had an event I was attending so I could stop by and pay for the work since I had a coupon. I was told not to worry. I got the call at 2:45 and was across town. Explained again I had a coupon for $19.99 and was told they would use it. I provided my credit card and didn't ask about the amount. When I dropped off the loaner and got my car, I found the receipt showing I had been charged $29.45. I was a little confused, but figured since I had been provided a loaner, I was good with it. Still good service and they are willing to work with me.

Great service! Seat belt repair work was initially performed quickly. After the repair was made the belt was operational but the alignment was not per original factory install. Problem was corrected right away without scheduling an appointment.
