I received periodic e-mail notifications and phone calls to keep me current on the progress, and they handed the keys back to me with my vehicle looking as good as it did the day I bought it. hile parked. It was a long process to get an appt and much longer than expected to get insurance and parts worked out. The work on the car is excellent, but likely too expensive if we would have had to pay ourselves.
