r and me feeling it was important to continue my relationship with the dealer always had my car serviced there. Over the course of the service from them was charged thousands for non-needed maintenance. At Tom’s I am treated with respect and now realize how BMW abused my trust. From check-in to pick-up all is efficient and smooth. And now instead of spending thousands at BMW can afford a trip to Finland next month. Thank you!!!!

We had a GREAT Service experience. Daniel was Awesome!! We had an appointment on Monday morning @9am.
& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back??
