I realized today that I've been coming to Tom's since 2006. Is this possible? I think this timespan
speaks volumes. I've always received the same super-high level of informed advice and service. It does feel like a family--owned business--a happy one. Nothing frantic or forced in the atmosphere; it's relaxed, but focused on taking care of business, a business all seem to enjoy.

We had a GREAT Service experience. Daniel was Awesome!! We had an appointment on Monday morning @9am.
& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back??
