I love this place! Bring my wife’s 2014 Yukon here for all its needed maintenance. They NEVER try t
o up-sell and fear-monger about other “impending repairs” that are “needed”! I have taken the same car to other places (local chains) previously and feel like Ive been price gouged. ALMAR work is fairly priced and its run like an old school mom and pop shop—honest…which is why I originally picked them (on a hunch). Im glad I did.

As a first time car buyer, this process was so seamless. Floyd was my dealer and was very helpful in
answering all my questions in a timely manner. I went to a couple dealerships and no one gave me the same honesty or personalized experience as Mr. Floyd. His transparency led me to make the best decision for myself based on my wants, needs, and safety. Not just a sale. Rashard helped me with finances and warranty and offered the best safety advice for my money. 10/10!!!

There is a scam in which a South Charlotte Hyundai customer receives a very authentic-looking letter
claiming to be from the dealership. It will have exact information about your car, and is offering a "maintenance package" to protect you from the "high costs" of maintenance. It is signed " Ryan Davis, Vehicle Protection Coordinator, South Charlotte Hyundai.
If you call, they act the part well, aiming to get your credit card number. Don't fall for it. They reportedly will bill your card and yet you will never locate or reach them. The fraudsters could actually be anywhere in the world.
While the dealership sales people are very aware of this scam, trying to contact top management about it results in silence.Perhaps that is from legal advice?
Someone actually caught in the scam could report it, e.g., to the FTC or NC authorities. But advice from an attorney friend is change your credit card, seek credit from your card company, and block their communications.
