Another customer was leaving while I was waiting on my car because they only had one mechanic working
on Saturday. But they also have appointment times. And everyone knows with cars that if there’s something wrong that the mechanic is going to fix it before he lets us drive off with a Broken vehicle that we may endanger self in. So as the customer was leaving because of the amount of time it took to get an oil change and transmission check up I suggested that he look at the Groupon and the amount of savings that he would get just by waiting a little longer. Needless to say he looked at the woman he was with and said let’s go for another walk. They left went for a walk and realized the amount of savings that they were going to have just by waiting a little bit longer for his oil change. He even made a comment when he goes to one of the quick lubes that it cost him over $70 for an oil change. I said well then you’re really going to love the price you get with John Nolan through Groupon. Julie is the best customer service person I know of.

I had just recently bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata out of Fort Myers Florida. I had only had the car le
ss than a month and the engine failed as I was pulling off the highway. I just moved to Northern Kentucky and did not have a clue what dealership to bring my car too. After realizing that there was a recall issue out, I started calling all the Hyundai dealerships in my area. Everyone was booked out for three months on just a diagnostic. If you have had an engine recall, you will know that’s just the first step of getting the whole process started. After calling around I stumbled upon Jeff Wyler superior. They were the only dealership not booked out for months on end. I spoke to the service department and I was in shock when they told me I could drop off my car that day, as every other dealership gave me a three month wait. The vehicle I have is the only one I have to get around. Waiting three months was not in the cards. Everyone in the service department was exceptional and answered any questions I had. I called more times than I can count and they always reassured me of the process. I’ve never dealt with an issue like this and they were always friendly and explained the process step by step. My experience here was beyond exceptional. Will, in the service department is the reason I’ll be coming back for service and sending my friends/colleagues to Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai as he did an amazing job at explaining everything. I’m extremely thankful for everyone in the service department and the job they did, no words of thank you could ever be good enough for my time in need. Everyone was exceptionally welcoming.
