With the inception of the microchip shortage and supply chain issues, in 2021 and continuing into 202
2, new vehicle pricing is through the roof. However, trade in values are the highest I’ve ever seen — in which I took full advantage.
I dealt with the sales manager Luis Ortega who was professional and decisive. This dealership was NOT charging over MSRP for 2022 Palisade Calligraphy’s. I found it re-assuring and admirable that they were NOT taking advantage of the current car market’s hemorrhaging. I received a very fair price on my trade-in and was kept up to speed on when I could take delivery of my 2022 Palisade Calligraphy.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM of the dealership, (Brian) who was a very accomodating, professional gentleman who truly cares about his customers, especially during these tough market times.
I strongly recommend this dealership for all your new Hyundai purchases — especially with Luis Ortega or Brian —. You cannot go wrong!!
