I have a 2014 Kia sportage that started having a high pitch noise coming from the passenger area when
I drove about 50mph+. I looked inside and outside, but could find no problems. I took it into Francisco's today so he could do a test drive. While the car was making the noise he opened and closed the passenger window and the noise went away. The window was just slightly opened and I didn't notice it.
Because of his knowledge he figured it out and did not charge me. Great guy, Bob from HB.

I'm really glad I found this place. I love that they do a thorough, multipoint inspection that goes
beyond what the manufacturer requires. The appointment process was really easy and I was seen right away. The waiting area was clean and neat. I thought the pricing was reasonable (way cheaper than what the dealership charges). They even emailed me an itemized, digital, inspection report with pictures. I will definitely be coming back.
