1st time to this location & needed an alignment for an old vehicle that I recently inherited (2004 To
yota Sienna). It already had prior work done but the steering wheel was crooked when having to drive straight. Customer service was awesome! Received a call & voicemail from Jeff explaining that they weren’t happy with how the alignment turned out & my vehicle had to stay overnight (which wasn’t an issue for me). I appreciated the honesty & care with ensuring the customer of their service. Picked it up the next day, van drives fine & will be coming back for future services. Thank you guys!

y out of my pocket. Also, I was promised a complete detailing from a previous visit and I NEVER received it. Also when I purchased the car I was promised a tank of gas and that never happened. I would like someone to contact me to fulfill these promises.
