Mark Muliarchyk was the service person to help me get set up for the recall work. He also called a L
yft driver to take me home. When I returned to get my car, he asked me if there was anything else my car needed. I told him I love the car, but the heater sucks! Right then we made another appointment to get the heater diagnosed. At that point I knew Mark was really LISTENING to me. I had been told twice before the heater was fine. (Blowing cold air non stop is NOT fine) Thanks to the great mechanic, they diagnosed a faulty fuse. My car was fixed. I now don't get "frozen bones" just driving a short distance. The heater warms up before I am at the end of my short road. THANKS MARK and THANKS to the great mechanic! THANKS for listening to me.

I met Gary in the parking lot of an auto parts store on a Friday evening my truck was not running and
the diagnostic code meant nothing to the store worker. Gary volunteered to look at my truck and figured out the issue right away. He would not take a tip although it was after hours.
I dropped off my truck at his shop on Saturday. I picked it up today, all fixed for $700 less than he thought it would cost.
When is the last time that happened?
I would strongly recommend his shop!
