On a recent trip, we dropped our van off in the morning for a routine oil change, and when we picked it up, we seamlessly swapped it out and left our second car for its maintenance. We ran errands nearby, knowing she’d call us the second the van was ready so we could swing by before heading home. She is fantastic about giving realistic timelines—taking into consideration parts ordering and scheduling—and I love that she errs on the side of caution because it’s always a great feeling when the work is completed even earlier than promised! It's like two parallel universes. I couldn't ask for a more attentive service dept. Richard Hall alwa
ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.
