Ousamn is the technician. He was able to inspect the vehicle same day as I called. Inspection was $
130. He brought me into the bay and showed me areas of concern while the car was on the lift and had me take photos of these areas. He was able to pull codes on the car and shared them with me. My only negative issue was there was no written report on the car as in other facilities. Photos were enough to haggle on the car and helped me get a $500 discount on the vehicle

The biggest anxiety most people have when it comes to car repair is trust. Having personally experie
nced repair centers that outright lied about my cars condition in order to extract my hard earned cash, it’s good to find a place where you have a sense of trust in what is being communicated about your vehicle and the repair costs. Recently brought on my vehicle for repairs to the AC system. Expected something that would not be cheap of course but was pleasantly surprised to find that all that was wrong was that my system actually had too much refrigerant. Best of all Magic Benz did not charge me anything for the diagnosis or service. That’s what I call good customer service. If a return customer has paid you thousands over the years. You should not nickel and dime over minor stuff. That’s trust and that builds loyal customers. Kudos to you Magic Benz. Keep up the great work!!
