Great Service Always
I have been coming to Safford Hyundai to service my Genesis since 2016. I have had nothing but the greatest experience every single time. The service managers are very polite, professional, and has always attentive to my car care needs. I live in Woodbridge and will not go to another Hyundai but Safford. Did not explain services rendered
Just sent to the cashier with no explanation of services rendered. The repair on my car was great and communication about what needed to be done was fantastic - the final check out was extremely poor from the person manning the service desk when i pickup my car.

Pleasantly surprised
My appointment time for a routine oil change and 20k mile check was for 8am and the service department was able to get my car back on the early side so I could get to work on time. I was very pleased with how quickly my car was serviced and the waiting area is very comfortable.

It is all about the individual service...
Customer service will always buy my loyalty and Richard really went above and beyond assisting me. He was also particularly good at communication every step of the way when service discovered additional warranty issues that needed repair. I actually will stop going to my local mechanic and utilize the dealer for my service because of the quality and effort.
