came in for my 75,000 check-up. The service rep double checked my engine type because he told me that there were two different engine types - one that did not require a full check until 80,000 - the other at 75. I appreciated the honesty, he worked with me on the price and the service was performed within the estimated time. Great job

"Service above and beyond expectation "
Large flat screen TV, comfortable, relaxing chairs, coffee, water, and snacks, all for customer enjoyment while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. I had such a good time chatting with other customers, enjoying coffee, watching Ellen, and laughing, that I forgot I was there having my 2016 Hyundai Elantra serviced! But mostly, I sincerely appreciate the service tech, Peter P. who assisted me, and took the time to explain what I should look forward to in my next vehicle majntenance service. His patience, and thorough explanation of my vehicle needs were clear, focused, and will serve as a life-long lesson for my vehicle's optimal maintenance. My overall experience was above excellent, and I would recommend Safford Hyundai to my friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Safford Hyundai for surpassing my expectations!

Got me checked in quickly and shuttled me home to wait. Picked me up in a timely manner when the service was completed. Even brought my car into the garage for me so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain to pick it up.
