My car was scheduled for service. I arrived a few minutes early. They were prepared for my arrival, processed my paperwork immediately and my car was finished 30 minutes earlier than promised.

"Making amends"
Peter Kim called and wanted to correct any wrong and issues. He explained and offered me options to help. But most of all explained in detail what happened. So I have to give them credit for that and hold my local dealership in Owings Mills accountable for stripping my bolts and not telling me which is what caused the complication and cost.

He kept us informed of the process, ensuring our Sonata would receive their full attention and repair service. We greatly appreciated the courtesy of a free rental vehicle and were not inconvenienced during the time it took to diagnose and repair our car.
