Great courteous service
Went in for a routine annual state inspection. Discovered that a factory recall was in effect. Service personnel made a special effort to complete the recall service in as short a time as possible.

Safford Hyundai of Springfield super customer support
Not only does Safford personnel talk to me as a customer in a friendly and professional manner, they go out of their way to meet our needs and take care of our cars.

Sandra was so professional and polite. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my car care and even escorted me to my car afterwards and explained all the work.

Also, and just as important, my friend Hope working in service as constantly gone out of her way to make me feel on only as a customer but as important to the Safford of Springfield family. Thank you Hope!

I went there for my first maintenance and the staff were very good especially Sandra she did a great job helped me out with whatever issues i had everything was quick and hassle free didn't have to worry about a thing.

Communication Failure
Gave two updated pick up times, then failed to advise the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. Failed to respond to my texts about if the car was ready and if I should come before the dealership closed. Then failed to pick up customer in a timely fashion, despite being given thirty minutes advance notice of the pick up (this is obviously not due to the shuttle driver himself/herself, but the employee in charge of scheduling/advising the shuttle driver of pick up order).

Great service, nice waiting area
The staff at Safford Hyundai is always friendly and provide updates if you wait for you car. Mine took longer than expected but they kept me updated throughout the process, which I appreciated. I always get great service at this location.

You make things easy!
Everything is convenient. I stay while the car is being serviced - there is a comfortable waiting area with a spot to conduct business, plenty of coffee and televisions to keep me occupied. A great team works on the car with zero drama. Makes the process easy.

Great Experience
After having less than adequate service from the Alexandria location, I am glad that I went to the Stafford dealership. Engine Recall Issues
On a routine work trip to Baltimore my engine failed due an issue related with a recall. What could have been a complete nightmare, was exactly the opposite. The service adviser was diligent in researching my claim, and kept me in the loop through every step of the way. Sandra was patient, understanding, and made sure I was aware of all of my options. In the end I was more than pleased, and they helped turn a bad situation around.
