I have been using this Service Department for years. Everyone there is very friendly and attentive.
Ty in the Service Department is the best. He explains all the services being done and lets me know which other services I need. I appreciate his professional attitude and how he makes sure I know what is going on at all times with my Sonata. Thanks Ty!

I've been taking my vehicles to Panos for a couple years now. They've always done great work for me b
ut I'd like to share about a recent experience where they truly went above and beyond for us.
We have had car trouble with a vehicle we recently purchased over the last few months. The defect in the car is not currently covered by warranty. There is currently a lawsuit against the manufacturer for the defect, but we've had to bear the expense for now and hope ours doesn't have the issue outlined in the suit or be accepted as one of the many plaintiffs on the case.
Tim and the rest of the Panos team have been super kind to us, helped us borrow a loaner vehicle to keep our small business running when we desperately needed it, and been more than fair in their dealings with us in a way that I don't many other mechanic shops would... certainly not dealerships nor the majority of larger shops!
This group is truly honest, fair and exceptional in what they do! I can't recommend them enough to anyone seeking great service with a business they can trust.
