New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. I am a Snowbird, just in the area for 5 months, but I had a need. I didn't have any recommendations,
but I knew I did not want to drive into the city with my RV. Since I was going to visit my cousin at Apache Junction, I confined my search to one area. I read the comments and chose Apache Junction Tires and service.
The man at the desk would apologize if he said to bring my campervan the next day. Others usually said some other far off day. One lady nearing 90 yrs almost did a dance hearing her appointment was also the next day.
I came in for an assessment in which they had in writing of what they would be doing and the cost including taxes. I was dreading it may be more. The day for fixing my van was the next day! The final bill was not a surprise, since that was exactly what they estimated!
My little dog loved it there since she received pets from everyone.
