We were out of town visitors to Chicago. Our car broke down, just off of Lake Shore Drive. We were
visiting our daughter and son-in-law. They came to help us out, we found that just refilling with Antifreeze was not going to work since it just ran through. We called AAA who took us to Wells Automotive. The owner of the facility met us and we explained the problem. This was at 2 p.m. He was closing at 6:00 p.m. He knew we were out of town and went to work immediately. He called us at 5:00 p.m. to pick up the car. He had fixed the problem, took the car and drove it to make sure things were ok. I can't say enough about the speed with which he fixed the issue and made sure we would get back to Ohio safely. THe cost was reasonable and I felt safe traveling back home.
