Watson Automotive worked on my Toyota truck. It turned out to be a bigger job than they expected, and
it took a little longer than they anticipated, but they did a good job and they did it for a very reasonable rate. I took a week to write this review so that I could see if any issues cropped up. It seems to be fine, although there was what appeared to be a small oil leak under the transmission that hadn't existed before. It appears to have dissipated, so maybe it wasn't a leak, just a spill or something. We'll see. Thank you, Alan, for fixing my truck. It was definitely a big job. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because you didn't call me when you said you would. You didn't have it ready at the time you estimated; twice, and I had to drive to the shop to find out the status. My car's door handle was broken, and my car model was no longer in production. Alex was able to find
the part from savage car at good price. The team even cleaned up glue and tape mark we put to temporarily hold the door handle and complete the repair within only half hour instead of 1 hour appointment.
The most importantly, the team went above and beyond to do a free comprehensive inspection of my car and recommend any repairs and necessary maintenance to extend car's life and keep the car safe. I'll certainly come back to Happy H Karz for all car maintenance and repair even though it's 40 minutes' drive from my home. It's worth the drive.
I had my 2020 GMC Sierra that i bought brand new and i brought it in to have a dual exhaust installe
d with a Magna flow muffler and black tips this was done back in 03/28/2020 they did this on a short notice and got me done on a saturday, wow fantastic.
well now i bought a brand new 2023 silverado and i'm going to call and go back to have my dual exaust done .
