Both the desk officer and the mechanic were extremely helpful —and, as a female customer, I was very
grateful that their assistance was given without hesitation or condescension—a marked contrast from experiences I have had in this area in the past—totally satisfied!!!

I have been taking my car to S-Car-Go for the last four years. Even though they are pricy I wouldn't
go any other place. Rob and his crew are very knowledgeable about porches and would I would recommend them in a second.
Futures Hyundai is the place to take your Hyundai vehicle for service. Maribel was my advisor and she
was professional throughout the entire process of my car getting diagnosed. She let me know when she would be going to lunch and that she would be getting in contact with me when she returned for any update status. Advisors at other Hyundai dealerships promise they will do this and never do. The customer ends up having to call. Also, they have the best mechanic foreman, Jefte. I have known him for a few years and he has always be honest-> something you don't find at the majority other dealership repair centers. Plus, you don't have to wait 1+ month to make an appointment. I got mine 1 1/2 weeks out. Lastly, just a few walking blocks from the dealership, there is a shopping center(Veranda) and a movie theater, so you are not stuck waiting at the dealership being bored.
Now, on the minus side, I do wish they had tables in their waiting area for people who have laptops. I didn't check if they offered free wifi, but I didn't see any signs posted so I assume no. There is a TV and a machine that offers free coffee and latte's. Be careful though because the lattes come with a lot of sugar! I am waiting for a survey to be sent to me so I can give Kudos to Maribel and Jefte.

Can’t say how grateful I am for Bernardo and his crew. Overall felt well taken care of through the p
rocess of my car breaking down on the freeway, and their assistance and ability to communicate what my cars problems were and to fix the issues in a timely and cost effective manor.
