He went above and beyond to get us a very specific vehicle that had to be brought in from out of state. He was so knowledgeable, very kind, & really worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. Austin was who we worked with for financing and he was also so nice & efficient! We had our 2 year old with us and he was patient & really made the experience enjoyable. We got a great deal on our vehicle & the added value of great customer service made us walk away feeling even more excited about the vehicle. Seriously, they pulled some magic strings to get everything done & we so appreciated it! I wish we had started here in the first place… it would have saved us so much time and energy. Mike and the Alpine staff went above and beyond assisting me with an expensive repair on an older mod
el BMW. Couldn't find a salvaged/used part as I didn't want to spend the $$$ to buy a brand new part but Mike found an outfit in California that rebuilt BMW parts and he sent our part to California, got it rebuilt, back, installed and we are fixed!!!! Estimate ~$3000 in savings!!! Alpine is the best and I highly recommend their services.
