The part arrived sooner, and I had my car back in less than a week. I honestly didn't know what to expect from Wayne's. It's a very unsuspecting, small shop. I must say, I am more than impressed with the way their staff conducted themselves. The nice lady who schedules the work for them is friendly, patient, and professional. I also interacted with one of the mechanics who was also friendly, patient, and professional, which as many of us know is a rarity at most shops. On top of that the pricing to do the work I needed was unbeatable and so was the quality. If you're looking for a shop with great customer service and integrity, Wayne's Automotive is the place to go.
