Finally found a mechanic shop that does business the right way! I brought my car to My Family Car Car
e Center for an oil change, and they're the first group of mechanics I've encountered who actually give you the price upfront before doing any work—no surprise phone calls while your car is on the lift pressuring you into additional repairs.
I paid $48 for my oil change, and they had my car ready exactly when I asked for it. They did notice that I could use two new front tires and provided me with that information in a straightforward, no-pressure way. They simply gave me a list of suggested maintenance for when I'm ready to address it, without making it sound like an emergency or trying to upsell me on the spot.
This is how honest car care should work. Transparent pricing, respectful communication, and they actually stick to the timeline they promise. I'll definitely be coming back for all my car maintenance needs.
