I've been going to McCollum for several years now for car/truck repair. I love my minivan and use it
to take my big, old dogs with me wherever I go. Needless to say we are a sad crowd when our van is in the shop having some new problem fixed and it always feels like it takes forever although I know they are getting it done as soon as they can. I feel confident they will get it fixed right and warranty their work. I love that Tasha is there in the office! She's very knowledgeable, great at keeping me informed, sympathizes when I whine, keeps it all organized and in general making it a much smoother process for me. Glad they found her

ere greeted at the door by gentleman named David Bunea, who then told us that Reno was not in. After making that statement to us David immediately went about helping us with our purchase. He was a very personable
salesperson and totally professional in responding to our questions and answering
them. After a few back and forth negotiations we reached an agreement to purchase our new vehicle. I have to say again, as a salesperson, David made our experience stress free and memorable. We have made quite a few purchases over our many years, but this one was by far the most enjoyable.
