I brought my car in to be checked due to a scraping noise associated with the brakes. The brake team
staff in the Broadway shop exhibited a high degree of social intelligence. The work that had to be done was more than I expected and they explained everything, showed me the parts on my car and even did some extra work for very little due to my financial status. I left happy that I had found them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Right off he quoted me drastically lower than the previous person I called. Then explained exactly what he’d do and what to expect financially if the problem ended up needing more work. Even with it needing one more part it was way cheaper than the other place!
I had hoped to bring it in earlier, but even with getting there after 3pm on a Friday. He had my car fixed up and ready to go before they closed at five!

Just had another oil change at PDX automotive. They put my car up on the rack and straighten out my
plastic skid pan in the front that had been snagged by something. They did it for no charge.
