I had replaced my own transmission and needed a transmission diagnostic. Not only did they assist, bu
t they took detailed notes and fixed the problems that were included in the diagnostic fee. They called before they fixed anything else that would cost me extra. But they listed out exactly what they found and the code that the scan picked up. They left proper notes about how weird my key fob was. Ive struggled with dealerships and autoshops in the past not listening to me or assuming I dont know anything. I didnt get that here at all. I will be returning!
