"The service staff was courteous, professional and timely."
I was a little dismayed that the headlights were left on, the fog lights were left on and the AC settings not set back to the full display (first time ever at a Hyundai service center in 18 yrs. that I had to check and reset so I noticed); however, that is really minor - it just stuck with me. Overall I received the excellent service that I have come to expect from Hyundai over the years and found the staff very pleasant to interact with.

"My only complaint is that I live in the Waterloo area. Therefore I have a long drive to make."

We received great, quick, and compleat service. When asked a question which didnot have an immediate answer they took all the information down and began the research. Then they noted the car needed a computer update and took care of that right then and there.
