Maintenance work 7/12/18
The people were very helpful. No waiting to get my car in. All additional work was discussed with me prior to doing the work and it was clearly explained what my options and pricing would be. The time to complete the additional work was less than estimated. The waiting area was clean, comfortable with a large selection of free beverages and clean restrooms available. I love that they also washed my car when work was completed.

Wheel bearing
Noticed a change in sound when going down the road. Made an appointment and reserved a loaner. Took the car in at 8 am, and received a call later in the day stating it was a bad wheel bearing. Was told they were going to have to overnight it as it wasn't on hand. Got a call by 9 am the next morning the car was ready for pickup. Repair was covered under warranty.

Generally Happy
My service appointment was good and no real complaints there; however, usually when I put my vehicle in for service you wash it and vacuum it. That was not done this time. Kind of disappointing. Usually I just have the problem of getting the entire vehicle vacuumed (i.e., third row seating is usually not done, not sure why), but this time it just wasn't washed or vacuumed. I might suggest some attention to detail in the future.
