Great place, but no Saturday service
This is a great place to get your Hyundai serviced. No issues there. My issue is with no Saturday service. It's a hassle to get a loaner every time a working person had to drop off a car for service. It's either that or take off work. Is this a necessity?

Have sent written mail, made 3 calls and sent 2 emails to Hyundai Finance
but have not received the title - and poor explanation of what needs to be done to get a copy of the title

This is my second Hyundai. The main reason I purchased the second Hyundai was because of the service department. Recently, I had a problem with my 2013 Tucson and without an appointment I pulled into the service department. William Gillespie was the service adviser who assisted me. He went out of his way to take carer of my issue in a timely manner. I am very grateful for his help and will continue to be a loyal Hyundai customer. Thanks again William for all your help

Only thing I don’t like . You give out coupons on items. But only except one coupon. When most of the time and I’m assuming if one filter is dirty the other is also. So both and and all coupons should be honored.

Didn’t have a choice but dealership did great
2013 Santa Fe engine blew at 80,000 miles with no warning. Middle of nowhere, Illinois. Dealership arranged for flatbed and performed engine replacement. Everything under warranty. Wife loves her Santa Fe but this episode (major mechanical failure) has us questioning future Hyundai purchases. Again, dealership was great to deal with.
