Has had problems since I bought it

Since I bought the car 5 months ago, it has been in and out of the mechanic shop. An electrical problem that could cause a fire, and now a button that doesn't the third row passengers to get out of the car. It has been a month a,nd they can't figure out how to fix it. So my car has been in the shop for over a month in total.

Full Transmission Replacement After 4 Days!

I would not recommend. You spend a ton of money only to end up a vehicle that needed to have a full transmission repair just 4 days of having a brand new car. Dealership had my car for 20 days doing repairs which means I was out of my brand new car and I'm still being made to be responsible for the lease payment for that month smh. Then once I get the car back, three days later the braking system failed and I had to once again return it to the dealership. I have asked to be placed in another vehicle altogether and I keep getting the runaround! Not cool. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere

All has been as advertised with my Palisade. My only complaint is that the technology is not very user friendly. There is one other complaint and that is my gas mileage is below the advertised mileage. I am only getting 16.8 mpg in city driving. I have not taken it on a trip yet.

Too unusual issue

For the Vehicle Review Summary: I leased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade XRT Pro expecting a premium, adventure-ready SUV, but my experience has been disappointing. The vehicle was delivered without a front license plate mounting solution, creating an unnecessary registration issue. Wireless Apple CarPlay frequently disconnects, and even using a USB cable does not consistently resolve the problem. The right rear tire pressure sensor has already malfunctioned on a brand-new vehicle. I’ve also experienced instances where the engine revs while my foot remains firmly on the brake pedal, which is concerning from both a drivability and safety standpoint. For a new vehicle at this price point, these issues should not exist. Hyundai needs better quality control and more thorough pre-delivery inspections.

Great car to travel in

2026. Palisade has a lot of comfort as you go down the road the seats, the way it drives and the safety features are wonderful. When it’s time to get a new car, I will definitely get a Palisade again.

Have had this vehicle since January and issues

Have had this vehicle since January and it’s been in the shop at least once a month for several issues and they can never fix the problem. They either tell me to turn the car off and turn it back on or get different gas

No giddy up and go!!

Like the SUV but don’t love it like I thought I was going to. The take off is super slow as I like to just hit the gas and go. Otherwise space is good. Look is pretty.

Several Small Issues Add Up

The seats are awful and extremely uncomfortable, also when I turn a corner I can hear a click sound from the seat, almost as if the seat bolt is loose or something. Also there is a silver part to the bottom of the steering wheel. During some parts of the day, while driving, the light reflects off of it right into my eyes and is blinding. Why did you make that silver so reflective for the sun? And again the seats are uncomfortable. Not sure if another company did the seats but they did an awful job. Another thing is when you have it set to unlock all doors when you open the hatch back, that only works half the time. It will not unlock the doors automatically even when set to.

It’s ok

The palisade has unfortunately fell short for a number of reasons. Only owning the car for a few months, there has been a number of issues including a number of updates needing to be installed, recalls needing to be addressed and then a full engine electrical issue that just arose. I also feel some aspects of the car although are very nice show some “cheap” alternatives, like a small decal on the driver and passenger door that are already peeling and seem to only Be on with glue. The corner edges of the windows in the front driver and passenger are also not conducive and should be at least rounded edges. Also the touchless door entry seems to be wonky as sometimes using the digital key doesn’t seem to work all the time.

Great replacement for my totaled Santa Fe

I had to purchase a new vehicle after I hit a deer and my 23 Santa Fe was totaled. We drove 4 Hyundai's, 2 VW's, 1 Toyota and 1 Lexis. We feel like we received a great value for the features on our new Palisade compared to the others. This vehicle handles well, rides well, is fairly quiet, and has more features than we will ever need. For the most part it was an easy transition from a 23 to a 26. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking. We did get the XRT Pro which makes it seem a bit more sporty and it definitely looks more rugged than a standard palisade.
