Brought my car in because it was leaking oil. Dropped it off in the AM, and followed up at around noo
n. They told me that the that the drainage plug was loose, nothing was actually broken, and that they cleaned it up so that it shouldn't leak in the future. They didn't charge me (when they easily could have - I wouldn't have questioned it) and sent me on my way. They were, of course, very nice and professional through the entire transaction.
