My car broke down on Tryon Street and Arandas happened to be one of the closest mechanics. Boy was I
lucky. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They recommended a tower who was efficient and kind, and when the vehicle arrived they were able to give me a diagnostic by that afternoon, which I didn't expect as they were very busy.
They were very honest about what was wrong/ possible future problems after fixing it and gave me a full view of my options. I ended up deciding that it needed to be junked (possible head gasket on $1600 car). They were kind enough to wave the diagnostic, because of the situation. I was blown away. I never expected such a kindness. They were always a step ahead and communicated every step of the way.
I can't rave enough. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you need ANYTHING give them a chance. They are an honorable company.

Awesome Service from Jeff today! We took my sons Jeep for routine maintenance and to fix some things
before they became a bigger issue. Jeff was quick, knowledgeable and friendly in his call to explain the items to us. Same day service was appreciated.
